Warranty
RIONI prides itself in making premium accessories. We pour our hearts into everything we do and are passionate about the final masterpiece. Every piece has to go through our inspection team which spends countless hours dedicated to critiquing and inspecting every single aspect. That is why we stand behind our product. Every RIONI piece carries a limited, one-year warranty that covers any manufacturer defects.
In the rare case that you do come across a manufacturer defect, rest assured that you are covered by our warranty. Every piece is handmade and unique thus it may take some time to investigate, determine, disassemble, reassemble, process, and ship back to you. Quality work requires ample time to complete so please note that this process can take upwards of 90 days.
Disclaimer: Accidental damage, deterioration, cosmetic damage and other issues related to normal wear and tear are not covered under our warranty program. Malfunctions due to accidental damage and/or excessive deterioration will also not be considered. Rioni reserves the right to use our sole discretion in each warranty case. Rioni.com will repair or replace any component or portion that needs to be restored to its original functionality. Please note that this limited warranty only applies to RIONI products. If your product is experiencing a manufacturer defect and it falls within the one-year warranty period, please submit the form below and attach the following images:

• A picture of your RIONI piece (full view)
• A copy of your proof of purchase (not required for Rioni.com orders)
