When I was browsing through Nordstrom’s website (yes, it is one of my guilty pleasures), I noticed this bag and instantly thought of the 20’s flapper dresses that women use to wear. I’m not really a Kate Spade fan…and well this bag kind of made that fact more concrete in my head. She calls this the ‘Hula Bag — IDA Shopper’. I would say that the bright color choices are okay, but not everyone can pull it off. I’m guessing that the bag would be pretty light since the main body of the bag is made of straw…but for a regular retail price of $295, I expected more from Kate Spade. For those of you who are interested in this bag however, you can get it at Nordstroms.com on sale for $196.90.
What a steal!? I’m not so sure that’s the truth!
